Location/ travel policy
Traveling services within 30 miles radius of Germantown,MD, 20874. All services outside of the 30 miles radius will be booked upon approval. Travel fees may be applied.

Tardiness/ Late?
All clients have a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes your appointment may be cancelled due to scheduling. Reschedule 48 hours before your booked appointment to avoid losing your deposit. All No-Call No-Shows will be charged half the service cost.

Refund/Return
A non-refundable deposit $25 is required upon booking for beauty services. This deposit goes towards your service.

Can i bring guest?
We kindly ask that no additional guests join you at the time of your appointment. Minors ONLY may bring a parent/guardian during their appointment.

Consultation
A consultation is required before booking the final garment. During the consultation, we will discuss your style preferences, occasion details, and any inspirational looks you have in mind. This meeting allows us to fully understand your vision and start the creative process.

Advanced Booking and Timeline:
To ensure the highest quality and attention to detail, clients must book in advance to allow the designer the proper time to complete their garment(s). Please allow 2-4 months for the completion of your custom design, depending on the complexity of the garment.

Booking Date as Event Date:
When you book your garment completion, the booking date will be considered the due date or the date of your event/occasion. This ensures that your garment is ready just in time for your special day!

Custom Design Policy:
We believe in crafting original designs that are tailored just for you. While you are welcome to bring inspirational photos, please note that we do not duplicate other designers’ work. We kindly ask that you trust our creativity and allow us to freestyle and develop a one-of-a-kind design that suits your personality and event.

Collaborative Process:
We believe that the best designs come from a collaborative process. You will work closely with our designer to create the perfect look for your occasion. Your input is valued every step of the way!

Deposit and Payment Policy:
A full deposit is required before any work on your custom garment begins. This deposit will go toward the final price of the garment once completed.
No garment will be started without the deposit.
The final payment must be made before the garment is released to you.

No Returns or Refunds:
Due to the custom nature of your garment, all sales are final. Custom garments are tailored specifically to your measurements and style, making them non-returnable and non-refundable.
